Delete your MacroMate account
You can delete your account directly in the MacroMate app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
Account deletion is permanent. MacroMate will delete your app account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record purposes.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the MacroMate app on your device.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps in the app.
What is deleted
- Your MacroMate account profile and account identifiers.
- Your saved app preferences, favorites, scan history, and app-generated account data tied to your account.
- Data no longer needed to provide the MacroMate service, subject to the retention limits above.
Subscriptions
Deleting your MacroMate account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To prevent future billing, cancel your subscription in the store where you subscribed.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@macromatefastfoodhacks.com from the email address on your MacroMate account, or include that account email in your message.
Do not send your password or payment details. We may ask for additional information only if needed to verify account ownership.
